    Awesome looking board!

can I ask why you have 2 Boss sy 200s?

I have one I. The loop of the other needed something I could midi control, send them to foh in there own signal so having two makes a big synth sound

Thanks all. Im surprised it is done separately but it does make sense.

I will endeavour to sort this out.

My buddy recently was able to simultaneously film and record audio directly into his phone using a darkglass element.  I thought that was pretty cool.

Very slightly out of sync though.

You can do things together, but some like to treat the audio I try and get it right so I don’t need to do anything in post.

with a good sync clap or I palm mute and chug to sync together it’s very simple in (for me) premier pro as you can auto sync so it takes seconds

Isn’t the space bottom right where the tuner is designed for expression pedals? Or is your one too long or something?

Oh it’s 100% meant for that but my insert cable to allow me to split the meatbox made me have to go there and I also don’t hate the pedal being up there either

    Hey all,

So ive finally got my recording setup sorted. I feel im able to get very good sound using ableton.

How do people get great audio and video? Do they do separately and combine? Are they just using their phone camera for the audio? I dont think so.

I dont want to film me, but icwant to be able to film  my pedals while playing but still get the good audio.

@0175westwood29 any insight? Basically looking to do what you do, but shorter clips and without me on camera!

If your getting a sound your happy with on abelton then it’s a simple as recording what you want to see and just making sure there’s something like a 4 count or sync clap so you can sync things in your editing software.

I use a mix of camera and iPhone video but always split the sound and video tho

I used to try and run from my mixer into the camera and do it all in one but was just a pain.

Assume that it's the powered one.

Very interesting headstock on that bass.

It is but I’m probs going to be using a power amp to still be able to run my 215

I feel a great disturbance in the force...

Don’t worry they are leaving just lets me not need to worry about the modulation side of things on the board. My fuzzes and drives are staying

Surprises me that statement - the Kemper can pretty much nail any distortion/fuzz! It's the time based stuff it kinda struggles with :P

My band mate has a stage and super impressed with his stuff so was happy to go that route

  10. Want to explore and push both my clean and dirty sounds

Going to put together a hybrid rig with my board being mostly distortion or niche fuzz that the kemper can’t do and use the keepers modulation and verb
