1. Anyone used one of these? They seem pretty gnarly and tempted to buy one. Opinions?

6. I can't decide between these two! I know they're not the most similar in tone but I'm torn between which one to get. I've wanted a 55-01 for a year or two now and I finally have enough money to buy one but in the last few months I've been reading reviews of Sires and watching loads of videos and they sound amazing(and cheaper too!). Has anyone got any comparisons between the two? Damn G.A.S!

8. What's the word on these basses folks? I have the chance to buy one second hand for €250 which seems a good price considering they're currently retailing for in around €850 around Europe. It's one of the newer models with Rockbass written on the truss rod panel and not on the headstock. I have 2 German Warwicks, a Thumb BO and Corvette $$ but I wouldn't mind having a cheaper bass to bring out on the road that can take a few knocks and leave the expensive ones at home without sacrificing good tone at the same time. Appreciate any and all opinions! Cheers!

15.
so whats an American Traditional then? never heard of them...
From what I've read online about them, they're marked as made in US but are a mix of parts that are MIA and MIM and specifically sold on the European market.
16. Pic of the neckplate also.
17. I'm looking for a US Standard Jazz though, not the Traditional series as they were made with a mix of MIA and MIM hardware. I don't mind the wear and tear. I just want to be sure that it's a legit US jazz.
18. Hey guys. I'm looking to pick up a used US Jazz bass and I'm a bit concerned about it being an "American Traditional". After doing some reading, I found out that a serial number beginning with "N9xxxxx" could either be a US Standard or an American Traditional from 1999-2000, is there a way of telling which is which? If I posted some pictures of the bass could you guys tell the difference? When I checked the serial number on Guitar Dater Project it said that it was made in Corona California. Cheers in advance for any help!
