7. Here is my lovely, as new St blues King Bass. I got this last year pre-owned from Bass Direct in Warwick. It is really lovely and comes with a St Blues fitted tweed hard case. This looks, sounds and plays amazing, the neck is the best I have played. I am only selling it because I made my own bass last week and also bought a Spector USA Shorty from another member and only want short/medium scale basses. Some spec on the bass:

Select grain two piece ash body
"C" shape single piece hard rock maple neck and finger board
Custom wound P+J pickups
Nickel plated St Blues brass hard tail bridge
Wilkinson tuners
St Blues is a Memphis based company. This bass was manufactured in Korea and the quality and finish is excellent. There are no marks at all on it and the pic with the flash is just a reflection from the camera and not buckle rash. I live near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire and you are welcome to come and try the bass out.
8. A stunning St Blues King Bass in Honey Burst. This bass is amazing and is only going because I bought a short scale Gibson SG last week of Skinnyman and am staying with that for a while and I now have too many basses. The bass comes with a St Blues fitted tweed hard case. The bass has the following:

Select grain two piece ash body
"C" shape single piece hardrock maple neck and fingerboard
Custom wound P J pickups
Nickel plated St Blues brass hard tail bridge
Wilkinson tuners
You don't see these about at all and I was really pleased to find it. I got it from Bass Direct in Warwick last year. St Blues is a Memphis based company and this line was manufactured in Korea. The quality and finish are excellent, the playability is amazing and the neck is the best I have played. I will post pics shortly
9. Bump, bump, bumpety bump. Cor blimey, I can't believe this hasn't gone. What do you get for £150 these days???
10. Just bought a lovely Gibson SG short scale bass from Dave. It is lovely, just as Dave described it and strung with very nice Labella flats. Dealing with Dave has been a real pleasure, excellent communication from the start and really helpful in deciding where to meet up between where we both live. To be honest, Dave travelled more than I did which was really nice of him. Top man Dave, You can trust him!
11. Just put this on Preloved at a higher price. You can make me a sensible offer if you want to, because it's no good sat in a case at my house!!!!!!!!!!
12. A bump cos it's worth it. Set up really well. plays and sounds lovely. What's not to like!!!!!!!!!!!!!
13. Here is my lovely Epiphone EB3 bass for sale. It is a 2002 model made at the Unsung factory in Korea. They say that they are better than the current models and it does say Gibson on the truss rod cover. It is lovely, it has a few marks on it, hardly noticeable but should be mentioned. The bass plays and sounds lovely, very deep, it just isn't what I want at the moment. It comes in a very good Epiphone fitted hard case. There are a couple of marks on the case but it is in really good condition and made to fit the bass. I would like: £150 please. I live near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire, you are very welcome to come and try it out.
14. Thanks mate, I think I will try cleaning fluid with mine tomorrow, it may help!
15. Hello Karl I am getting confused now! I was responding to the post before yours so hopefully I haven't confused you. Unfortunately my pix have two basses in them. The silver USA and the Chinese Modern Player. The USA is for sale and the other is just looking gorgeous on my office wall. Cor blimey, me head hurts now!!!!!!!!! Take care, thanks again for all of your help. Mike
16. I think you have missed the essence of the message from munkonthehill. He was asking about the other bass in the photo, the Telecaster Modern Series which are made in China. USA are made in the USA.
17. Hello Yes, it is one of the Modern Player series, made in China but you wouldn't know it. It is awesome!!!!!!!!!! I bought it from Lou Short off BassChat. Awesome bass from an awesome Basschatter. best Mike
18. Hello mate I thought that by describing the controls it would be helpful. It is a 3 band. I am in a little village just outside of Chipping Norton. Post code: OX7 5SW. If you want to come and have a look and try it out just let me know. best wishes Mike
19. The first control towards the neck is: Top volume/bottom pick up selection. The second knob is: Top Treble/Bottom Bass The thirds knob is: Top High mids/Bottom Low mids The last control is: Pull/push Active/Passive. Pull out for active/push in for passive. Hope this is helpful. Mike
20. Thank you Karl for your help and the cracking comments about my bass. Take it easy Mike
21. Rock n roll Karl, we have done it. You've saved me!!!!!!!!! I was getting desperate. Thank you so much. Mike
22. Thank you Karl To be honest I am really struggling with this. I have got it on Photobucket but I don't seem to be able to get it right. When I pasted it all of the IMG codes came onto my ad so I had to delete them all. I will try again. Thank you & kind regards Mike
23. Hello I have tried yet again and still can't get pictures onto this site. I did it once!!!!!!!!!!!! It can't be me because I can get them onto ebay, Preloved and Gumtree. I follow the instructions and guidance given by others. Can you help me please because I have a couple of lovely basses that I would like to put on but I don't think people take a lot of notice if there are no pics. Is the uploader not working again? Thank you Mike
