My favourite is Martin wearing wellies
All i can say is that i hope that photo never gets out! and they were boots not wellies! Moving on, Bass looks amazing stu! the holly looks fantastic and really nice and clean to work with.
Thanks. If you've got any questions about any of the bass models just give me a shout. I'm really digging ebony at the moment and the notes just leap off the fretboard on this bass fantastically defined and articulate. Stu
Fantastically defined and articulate just like your good self! cheers for the taking the pics the other day.

1978 Fender jazz in faded olimpc white, as expected the body has a few dings and paint chips and is far from shiny in parts. The scratch plate is original and has S8 serial number on the back, the pick ups and pots are in very good working order and giving you every sound you would expect from a jazz bass. Ive given the bass a full set up inculding fret dress, the truss rod works as it should do with as much adjustment as you need with out over tightening, and the finger board and frets are very clean, basicaly the bits you want to work on this istrument, work very well. As it is the foam below the pickups has perished and the bridge pickup could do with being raised, can sort that! Now, the down side to this is its waight, its heavy but its never been an issue to me because ive always enjoyed playing it, i can waigh it on request but i seem to be lacking in scales right now. Its fantasic sounding bass, very deep and growly also honkey everything you would expect! Also it does not have an original case but i can provide one plus shipping If you have any question feel free to fire away at the moment im looking for SOLD!
Hi Martin, is this the setup I tried some Overwaters through yesterday? If so that's one very nice combination. I've used the Iamp 800 before.. incredibly versatile! I need to save up after yesterday! HUGH
Hi Hugh, yes, the very same setup! ive used this with overwaters but mainly with passive jazz basses and its never failed to impress! incredible. Good luck with the saving! all the best martin
