This thread is becoming the biggest source of information on the internet on old Trace Elliot product series.
Thank you so much for your effort @Deedee!- 1

I have a couple that aren't listed here, an SMX one and a rather rare one for the MkIV series.
I'll get my scanner hooked up and post them. 👍
AWESOME! Thanks!

Here's the old logo in a proper resolution, too.

I was just searching the wayback machine website for Trace Elliot history.
The 2001-2003 version of the site, hosted by Gibson, has the 12- and 7 band (AH1000-12, AH500-12, AH300-12 etc.), V-Type series and Commando combos. I tried to scrape everything I could but all the pdf's that used to be on there are sadly not available.
Now hitting the 2005-2008 website...
Edit: 2005-2008 is AH1000-12 with the ugly plastic green light rims. I never liked the look of those much although the cabs from that era look stunning.
So to get things historically in perspective:
Eighties: Mk II, Mk V. I have not seen any others.
Early nineties: Series 6 and Valve series (Hexa, Quatra, Twin).
Mid nineties: SMX, SMC, BLX combo. Kaman era. (bought the company in '92).
Early 2000's: 12 band series with Tube overdrive, harmonic emphasis circuit. Commando combos, V-Type series. Gibson era. (bought the company in '98).
2005-2008: 12 band series with the plastic looking front. AH1000-12 etc. Early Peavey era. (bought the company in '05).
2011-2015: URL changed from trace-elliot.co.uk to traceelliot.com. AH1200-12 etc. 2nd coming of the Peavey lineup.Clive Button came into the picture from 1985, originally for the MP11 but his designs continued all the way up until the Gibson era.
I do not know if Clive had any part in the Gibson era amplifiers. His website says he worked with Trace Elliot on a freelance basis until 1997.
1997 is where I believe he started work on the Ashdown ABM amps, with Mark Gooday, innit?- 1

I'm still hunting for the SMX series and the one after that (AH300-12, AH500-12 with the harmonic emphasis circuit and valve distortion).
If you have these brochures please do share. If you have hardcopies, I own an A4 format flatbed scanner so could turn these into pdf and jpg.Cheers! Marco
P.S. @Chris Antram they're here now.

The 1200-12, 600-12 etc. range. These are maybe not so vintage and not as widely loved as the earlier Made in U.K. series but still I thought I'd include these.

Then there was the remarkable Series 6, including the mighty Valve series.

BTW I had posted these earlier on FB, but a couple of bad apples there spoiled my fun.
I am closing my FB account because the general consensus there is negativity.- 2

I have the brochures for Mk.V, series 6 as well. I'll see where I can best post these...

Asking price 400 euro + p&p.
Now that I also own the Orange Bass Butler and my Two Notes Le Bass, I have no need for a modeller.
I bought the Headrush in june 2020. Original packaging, invoice from Thomann - its all there.
For bass it models Bassman, B15, Blueline SVT plus cabs, but you can use your own impulse responses as well.Of course, for guitarists this machine has a lot more to offer. The Dual Rectifier on this thing eats Line6 for breakfast! You can drag & drop your rigs together instantly through its touch screen. Interface is super easy to use.
Latest firmware (dec 2020) is installed, I have reset everything to factory defaults.
New price 549 euro. Willing to let mine go for 400. It really is good as new.
Can send to anywhere in Europe. Sadly ot to U.K because added duties and taxes would make it cost too much anyway. Please ask for shipping costs.

It kinda depends on the instrument. Both my NYC Empire and Sonus are JJ and I absolutely love 'em.
The HJ config on my Stringray usually sits at middle postion though because that's more punchy, and that can do JJ as well. -
My guess is things will just take a while to settle.
Manufacturers, distributor networks, resellers. All will lag a bit behind all the new trade deals, rules and regulations. -
So this is a thread about Thomann prices? Much wow.

Look for Jazzman pickup config models too, the MM style pickup at bridge position has the biggest influence on differences in tone when switching between its modes. The one at neck position less so.
This was my Corvette $$. It played like a dream and looked the bizz. Maybe someday I will have room in my rack for another.

Great! Plenty of 34" scale fretless basses on the market. How very kind of @TheGreek!

They had to make something new as the brandname 'Sadowsky' was already taken in China by some other company. This must be the first time I heard of any Chinese company talk about copyright claims. The country has always been counterfeit paradise.
Double standards. Gotta love 'em.

Jeez I don't know. But I'd rather get a Sire then this new Chinese series Metroexpress I guess. Thoughts?
I just hope the more pricey Metro and NYC series made by Warwick are absolutely fab. I might even look for one of those in time.
Let's first wait for some more youtube videos to pop up and hear from the Sadowsky players how they like the built in Germany series.

Yep, you don't see them a lot. May I ask why your mind is set on a 32" rather then 34"?
Mesa Boogie sold, Ashdown, Trace Elliott rumours?

Volume can only be measured in watts. An AH250 rated at 250 watts throws out peaks of 700+ watts. Trace Elliot watt ratings are real world, not the measured max output using a sine wave at 1khz with 10-20% THD going on like modern manufacturers use. Marketing personel are worse liars then your average politician.
