[s]Price or Trade: £90 Including Delivery[/s] Perfect condition with Box. Its one of these: http://www.sourceaud...l_modulator.php Great pedal, but as with all the Source Audio stuff, there's too many options for me! Looking to simplify my setup. Will take a photo and post it later on tonight. Also will look at trades. After a high quality Envelope Filter mainly.
Finally finished mine... https://soundcloud.c...-until-you-drop
Im liking this at the moment. I haven't actually started mine yet as I still need to buy some decent studio monitors.

Been following the composition challenge for a while now. Just bought myself a focusrite interface. May use this a an incentive to learn ropes. So there may be an entry from me later in the month. See how I get on with it....

Bar Gigging, Why Do We Love It? / Why do We Hate It?
DogHammer replied to blue's topic in General Discussion
By bar gigging do you mean a weekend pub covers gig lasting a good few hours? If so then the reason my band do the covers gigs is to make a bit of cash torwards recording costs. Plus it can be good fun and gives me a chance to work on some backing vocals. -
Kyron Purchased a Trace Combo from me. Lives a bit of a distance from me, so we met halfway, smooth transaction, nice guy!

Oh, and I would also add that a PA is absolutely essential for a gigging covers act. A pub or hotel/bar pays for the full package when they get a band in.
And it wouldn't hurt to have the ladies kick up the wardrobe a couple of notches. No offense, but to me they look like teachers not entertainers.
I would agree with this. When people watch a band a lot of the time the 'male contingent' like a bit of eye candy. But you are right, a band should be sold on its musical merits not the way the ladies look!
I would say get a guitarist. With just a keyboard as your main chordal instrument the sound is a bit one dimensional. Adding an electric guitar will really open things up.
I thought this when I watched the vid. Felt like some extra chords and harmonics would definitely fit in there.

Venues, Let's Talk About Small Bars and Clubs
DogHammer replied to blue's topic in General Discussion
Any you guys that play in rock/blues band play these venues and all the young 20 somethings huddle as far away from the band as possible and act like you don't exist?
Unfortunately unless the said 20 year olds are 'into' live rock/indie music, then most of them are only interested in seeing this horrendous auto tuned new R&B crap or all this XFactor garbage. -
what's the worst thing that's happened to you onstage?
DogHammer replied to Funky Dunky's topic in General Discussion
Mike and stand fell directly onto the strings/pickup of my bass, so making a horrible noise from my amp, aswell as a nasty noise from the MIC/PA. Very loud. Very embarrassing. -
SOLD - Warwick Corvette $$ NT Bubinga 4 String

It is a seriously lovely bass Throwoff, But I just cant deal with the weight. All my other basses are pretty light so I can jump around on stage and hang them off me while playing synth at the same time. Planning on getting one of those new Status S-III's that have just come out. I played one at the bass show and it was light as a feather and played like a dream. -

Allowing someone to use your bass at a gig.
DogHammer replied to jazzyvee's topic in General Discussion
Fortunately no one asks me this question as I'm a lefty. But when they do, I go.... Sure! knock yourself out. Then they realise its the wrong way round. -
Just a shame they dont make them in Left Handed!
