Hi For sale my Zon Sonus fretless, acquired from a fellow basschatter a couple of years ago. Reluctant sale! Fantastic bass, bolt-on neck, phenolic fingerboard, ash body apparently, Bartolini pickups and 3-band pre with selectable mid frequency (3-way switch), which makes all the sense on a fretless! The neck is a joy to play, and you can of course use rounds for slap fun. Wilkinson bridge. Excellent condition, no dings or marks worth mentioning, electronics work flawlessly. The colour is transparent, very dark brown, but looks pretty much black. Cash price is 1500£ shipped within the EU. Paypal accepted. Your choice of Zon branded gig bag or non-branded hard case. Bump - overdrive to fuzz and in between, and two channels for extra oomph when needed. 2-band eq allows for keeping the low end - great sleeper pedal!

Bump - note all scratches and dings are in non-visible places. The only one 'visible' is on the front of the headstock, but hardly so because of the graphite figuring. I am so confident of the quality of this bass that I can offer full refund if the bass is returned to me within one week (shipping back at your cost)

Cheers guys - as far as possible, I'd prefer the buying and playing together 😊 but hey I'm open to offers...

So excuse the sloppy playing etc etc (late night!) but here's the sound clips: https://soundcloud.com/juliusmonkmusic/sets/radial-hollywood-bones-on-bass These are just examples showing how it goes from subtle overdrive to fuzz, basically just by changing the 'cut' and 'gain' switches, sometimes adjusting the levels, sometimes using the 'toggle' footswitch which is a booster essentially. Drive knob was pretty much all the time at 1-2 o'clock, the 'Low' knob at 4 o'clock, 'High' at 12 o'clock. Bass is a Mayones Custom (completely flat all the time) into Carl Martin compressor into Radial Bones into MAudio Black Box with some reverb for flavour. The longer track shows also how the pedal cleans up by rolling back the volume on the bass. Hope it is of use
