+1 to this

    En-day-gay-o-chel-o

I saw it written phonetically on her website years ago, so I'm sure this is correct.

Have loved her music and playing since her first album, although she always catches me out when she brings out a new album and I don't really get it - after a few listens I always come to the conclusion that she's a genius.

Have seen her many times live and she is without doubt my favorite groove player.

I'm sure Chris will notice your post, though, should he suddenly be overcome with ShukerLust and feel the need to send it on it's merry way again
I must admit to some Shuker lust but at the moment I am rather taken with this Valenti, It sounds fantastic! Gigs this w/end will be the true test but I don't think this'll be going far from me for a while.

    Sorry :)

  3. Just popped over to Cardiff for a lovely cup of tea and a chat with Simon and walked away with a fantastic Valenti P bass. Result!

Simon was very easy to deal with and was very helpful in changing viewing dates due to my last minute gigs.

I couldn't help but have a go on his rather wonderful Shuker P though, might have started an immediate fresh GAS attack. here we go again!

Thanks again Si, really pleased with the Valenti, I'll keep you posted how i get on.

  4. Just taken delivery of Marks POD XT Live. He's a top bloke (As if he need any more good feedback!) see above.

He does have a strange obsession with high end american amplification though. :)

    Cheers mate

    Chris

As per other threads..... not gigging now for the forseeable future so my trusty gigging gear is going in favour of some home toys !!

comes with Line 6 Gig Bag (Cost £60)

and an extra genuine Line 6 Power adaptor (cost £20)

The Pod has come down in price a little recently used to be £399 but Sounds Live are doing them for £284 incl shipping

  9. Hi, to try and fund recent GAS, here are some great filters that don't get a look in since getting a Mutron III. Plus a couple of other bits.

SOLD! EHX Bass Microsynth: great synth pedal can go from subtle synth sounds to mad distortions over several octaves. the swell feature is cool too. Bought in 2001 on Denmark street, great condition has a little corrosion on the rear edges, but works great. Comes in original wooden box with power supply and instructions. £90 posted

SOLD! Maxon AF-9: One of the best filters that isn't a Mutron. A1 Condition boxed with instructions. probably my favorite of the three. Bought from a fellow Basschatter for £65. will sell for £60 posted.

SOLD! Emma DiscumBOBulator: Again a great filter slightly warmer sounding than the AF-9, probably actually closer to the Mutron sound. Also in A1 condition. Bought new last Feb for £120, boxed with instructions. £85 posted.

SOLD! Tonefactor 442: Subtle filter this one but seen by many as one of the best. bought from fellow basschatter. (hope you don't mind me using the link)

    http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...=tonefactor+442.

No box but in great condition and a blue LED! £45 posted

WITHDRAWN EBS Multidrive: The EBS Label speaks for itself! great all round drive pedal. works with active and passive basses too. A1 Condition, boxed with instruction. £80 posted

  10.
Its the best analog tracking octaver there is bar none.

Ideally I'd like an Octron 1 as it's the same pedal but more switching options.

Here are some clips a friend of mine did with his.

  11.
I just love this pedal but I need money and I'm not using all the features.

So I'm after £230 for an outright sale or

    Boss OC-2 + £175 - £195 Depending on condition of the OC-2 and I'd prefer the Jap version :)
    Dod Octoplus FX35 + £195 - £205 Depending on condition
Foxrox Octron 1 +£110-£130 depending on the condition
EHX Micro Pog + £110-£130 depending on the condition

I've never tried a Micro Pog so can't promise I would be interested in one.

My Octron 2 is in mint condition with small velcro squares on the bottom of it, I have the box and all the box candy including the sticker and the plectrum.

This is a rare and discontinued pedal

    More info is available here.

I will ship to Australia, USA, Europe and UK other countries please contact me.
How well does it track? I would love to have one of these for the ability to switch octaves on and off. I've an old OC2 also but its world weary and It's missing its label so not sure if it a Jap one or not - works great though!

  12.
You know, I'm not entirely sure! I think I should clarify that the plate has the pots, wiring, knobs and jack with it all too! I can check when I finish work later tonight?

    Thanks
Ahh I see, I'm really after just the control plate. see this for explanation:

    http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=33995

You probably want to sell as one item, if not let me know

    Cheers
