  4. Yeah, i sprayed Shoreline Gold on the underside of the clear pickguard, to conceal the control cavity. After doing that, I also applied copper shielding tape on that area of the pickguard, to assist with the control cavity screening.

  9. The nut width is 42mm according to my little metal ruler The neck is a typical vintage style P-Bass feel, NOT baseball bat chunky. The neck depth at the first fret is around 23mm The weight according to my kitchen scales is 8.15 lbs. I'll update the listing specs to show this

  18. The nitro is still smooth on this bass. I left the body for around 4 weeks before I flatted the finish then buffed it to a shine. As for the staining on the pickguard edges, that was simply yellow wood dye, applied with a cotton bud (do this with the pickguard off the body! If you tried to do it with the pickguard in place, it would be very easy to hit the nitro on the body, which the nitro simply loves to soak up, making clean-up a nightmare)
  19. Yes, the white lines looked a bit harsh on the edges, so I stained the chamfered edges to soften the overall look.
