Hello all, Up for sale is my gently used Aria electric upright. It is in great condition, owned by me from new and includes the original soft padded bag. I have replaced the allen bolt which holds the endpin, with a more practical thumbscrew. Other than that it's all original. Cash on collection only please from Colne in Lancashire. Prospective buyers are welcome to bob round, as always. I'm looking for £450. Alan

Hello all, I have for sale my TC RH450. This is the early Rebelhead version. I've had it from new and still have the box and manual. It has been very lightly gigged and is in excellent condition. I'm looking for £400 no offers. I'd rather have cash on collection but will post at cost if neccessary. Prospective buyers are welcome to come round for a shufty. I also have an unused RC4 footswitch for sale in another thread. I'm in Colne, Lancs. Alan.

Feast thine eyes on this 1971 Fender Precision. Well worn Olympic White, gone yellow with a rosewood fretboard. The neck butt is stamped “5 08 71 B”. I couldn’t get this to show up in the pics. Pots, pickups and hardware are all original with the exception of the output socket which has been replaced. The original is included. The bass is currently wearing Graphtech saddles. Again the originals are included although one saddle is missing it’s grub screws. Also included are the original bridge and pickup covers. The case is a later reproduction, 80’s or 90’s I guess. Plays and sounds great and is lightweight. I will update later with the weight. The bass belongs to a guitarist friend of mine. He has owned it since the mid 90’s and until recently used it for the odd bass job he’d get. He says he would rather do the deal in person than post, so collection only I’m afraid. He’s looking for £2000. We are both based in Colne, Lancashire. Feel free to get in touch and come around for a butchers. Alan.

Hello all, having recently moved on to a slightly larger setup, I have decided to sell my TC rig. I don't yet have much of a presence on BC but you are welcome to check my 2(!) positive feedbacks from recent deals with Karlfer. I also have 400+ 100% positive feedback on t' ebay under the name of captainstinkbeard. I bought these items brand new 3 years ago - meaning that the head is the "rebelhead" version and the cab has the mk 1 finish. I have all of the original shipping boxes, packaging materials, manuals etc. I have gigged this setup, but none the less it is in excellent condition. The RC4 footswitch has never been used and is mint. The head is more or less mint. The cab shows one or two light surface marks on the textured finish from being moved around but is otherwise in excellent condition. I am quite fastidious with my equipment, it helps me to make a living and I like to keep it in good order. Please rest assured that this stuff has been kept well away from beer, fags, biscuits, cats etc. The cab has a cover which I had made. It is not open at the bottom like most covers but wraps around the whole cab. Like a sleeping bag for your cab. Also included is a Gig Skinz Medium bag which I used to keep the head in (£70 at Bass Direct) The bag is in excellent condition. The cab cover is a bit scruffy but still fully functional. I have pictures of both. I'm looking for £850 for the lot I'd like to sell as a complete setup but if you're interested in individual items, give me a shout anyway. At this stage I would rather not post any of this. I am based in Colne, Lancashire and would be happy for anybody to come round and have a look. It may also be possible for you to talk me into delivering this myself for fuel money. All the best, Alan.

Also just purchased a cabinet from Karl. My second purchase from him and he is simply the greatest guy to deal with. There's nothing else to say. Heminder - it's alright getting him to drop stuff off for you, but you're missing out on the biscwits - they are from another planet. Massive, chocolated coated things! Has anybody else noticed that playing bass is slightly more comfortable with a bit of a gut? Alan.

Well, I'm not sure about "proper Jaco playing". Maybe the later, coked off his paps Jaco. Actually, nice little story there. A couple of years ago Jaco's biographer, the New York writer Bill Milkowsky described my playing as "Jacoesque" in the Jazz Times when he reviewed our last album. I must admit I did a little poo when I read it. Well, if you can't blow your own trumpet on a forum full of other bass nerds, where can you blow it? It's all a load of bobbins anyway, I'm cack really. Those biscwits were Awesome! I have very little self control in the presence of biscwits. Perhaps you should get one of those self-timing pet food dispensers for next time I come round. Top cab, dude! I'll go and leave feedback now. Alan.

I sent this guy an email on Friday and haven't had a response. The pics in the ad and the text are exactly the same as one I bought on ebay a couple of days ago for £400! Can't be my seller though, as the ad was listed about 6 hours after I had arranged with him to pick it up. -
Isotope?? Would that be with the legendary Gary Boyle?
