2016 Fender Limited Edition Magnificent Seven PJ Bass - P Body / Jazz Neck - OHSC & Candy£1095Very good overall condition, but I cant say its absolutely pristine. A few 'certain light' markings on the front face of the bass and the scratchplate. I've tried to capture these in the photos as best I can between the light and the shade - hopefully this is easy enough to see on the photographs below.Neck is nice and clean and unmarked as far as I can see.Limited Edition of 500.Weight is 4.238KGOHSC has a few scuffs, most if not all of the candy is present too.More Info.

Tonerider Jazz Pickup Set - £40 posted mainland UK
1 x Bridge, 1 x neck set
JAZZ PLUS
Designed for maximum tonal versatility, the Jazz Plus is the perfect passive pickup for your Jazz Bass. Use the tone control to roll off the high-end and hit the bridge pickup for fat “Jaco” inspired tones, or open up all controls and find enough punch, harmonics and clarity for some serious slap-work. The aged magnets allow for plectrum work that retains detail and a crisp attack.
Neck 7.4k / Bridge 8.2k, Alnico 5

Status Jazz Neck- Looking for £300 Plus £15 to ship.
Condition as per photos - I believe that this has not been drilled in the correct way (countersunk) so please be aware of that.
Some chipping around screw holes and where the string tree has been.
Collection and inspection preferred due to this but shipment is possible so please look at the photos carefully.

Lakland Skyline DJ Neck - £200 plus £10 to ship Mainland UK
Good overall condition - dating from 2005 (If I'm reading there serial number right - 05xxxx)
Ordinarily this wouldn't fit a fender neck pocket but I had a nice man shave it down it touch so now it does.
Note the 21 Frets, so if replacing a standard 20 Fret jazz you would need to relocate the bridge or have sufficient travel in the saddles to get the intonation spot on.

Anything non-standard about it? Just curious.
Nothing that I can remember as non standard. Didn't really know much about them at the time - pre internet etc. Love gooey tube sound I do remember.
Pretty sure it is, or was, still local to me - I've seen it surface on eBay a couple of times over the years - I recognised some of the wear and the marks on it.

Great amp - I had one first proper amp.
Probably didn't realise how good it was at the time.
Someone stole it from the rehearsal space about 20 years ago.....

Isn't the message here that it will likely be fine but in some cases not ? Basically - Quality Control. So what is the returns policy. Obviously that doesn't cover long term performance.
But in that context - I have both Westone basses (Matsomoku) and OLP basses. All good stuff but different constructions (apart from anything else) but the Westones are much more stable (basically never need adjustment) cf the OLPs that often need monitoring and truss rod tweaks.
Yeah, I think that's absolutely right, and maybe people likely be more picky on a neck than a body?
