1. Anybody who knows me will be aware that I really rate this bass which is why I can only sell it slowly! I am playing my Skjold more though and really am trying to consolidate!!! I imported it via Glenn at Austin Bass Traders in March 2007, I believe it was a Demo Bass. It's a Great playing bass, weight around 10lbs. Pretty much unmarked as far as I can see. Interested in bass trades but would prefer around half value plus cash.Anything considered but Jazz type preferred or possibly a nice Acoustic bass (Fretless preferred) £1300.00 for a straight sale. Milton Keynes.
2. Purchased from ShaunB in January 8 0hms, 200w Continuous, 400w peak, 50-4kHz, 44 lbs (20kg), 18.5x18.5x15.5 inches Great condition. Could be part of trade/sale deal with my fender Precision also for sale here? Pickup preferred in Milton Keynes
3. Another BassDirect purchase, a few months old. Excellent condition, Gigged once. £420.00 including bag. (It's the little Yellow one in the pic,DB750 not included) Milton Keynes
4. I sold my Roscoe to wildratte. No problems at all and he has been a pleasure to deal with. Steve

Owen - Feedback

Owen bought my Berg IP112 cab. No hassles at all! Tequila!
6. Home from Hols bump + price drop.
7. Almost certainly SOLD to Owen. Thanks
8. OK a quick bump. Jetting off West on holiday for a couple of weeks but if you are interested in the bass I'll still be checking the website every now and then. (ie probably every five minutes!!) Mark Stickley at BassDirect knows all about this bass as he previously owned it, plus he'll probably end up getting most of the proceeds in any event.
9. Just sold a 2nd Fender to Col. Great guy - No probs!
10. Just sold my DB750 to Mark at short notice! As usual no problems at all.
11. Don't light a match Steve I can smell the GAS from here! They are Great basses!
12. haimesy - The Overwater looks great but I'm really after a 5 string, I had a fretless 6 (Status) but couldn't get my wee hands round the neck properly! Thanks though. Thanks Scoop No harm in making me an offer guys - I need to move the Roscoe.
13. Unless something changes - King Tut is buying this bass. Ta
14. Hi Ped I bought the '92 Sepele top with maple fingerboard. I had my eye on the Offset Walnut top one but this just sounded a bit darker which I prefer and has a great 'pop' tone! Maybe take a bit of getting used to the look but I now prefer these shapes to the Jazz type. Check out the tops on the Exotic and also my favourite top on the Lions Pride with Morado fingerboard - Amazing!! I am selling a load of stuff though and I think I will end up with this Skjold,FBass and a Roscoe fretless 5 strings and my '82 Precision with flats.( For a while anyway )
15. Driving home from yet another Gear dropoff I stopped in at BassDirect to see Mark and his brand new arrivals! A flock of Skjolds. Beautiful! We got out a Berg AE410 and a Markbass F1 to try them out. They are great looking basses - all 6 lined up on stands looking fantastic. Another big plus for me is the weights, all weighing between 8 to a bit over 9 lbs very comfy. Playability is excellent on all these basses with the East/Skjold preamp of different variety's allowing wide tonal choice. I prefer basses to have a percussive feel and a nice slap tone and all these definitely fit the bill in that area. Suffice to say I ended up buying one on the spot so if that's not a recommendation what is. Mark is planning to take a few to the BassBash this weekend where I predict these will be a big hit.
16. Just weighed it on digital scales. 8.5 lbs
17. I traded this USA Jazz with Marcus a couple of months ago - great bass.Very playable, nice and light. Great condition with moulded case. £500 ono Milton Keynes
18.
And a bad back!! Or are you now bringing a fork lift truck to gigs :-)
No I have a LittleMarkll as well. Regarding preamps for the IP,I've only used the LM or the DB750 as a pre for it. I think you need to try a few preamps to get the one that really suits but actually they all sound great. I have a HS210 cab which when paired with the 112 sounds huge. One of the main reasons for making this decision is that I can still pair the MarkBass head with my Epi212 cab or the HS210 so I really REALLY dont need all this gear! Off to the Gym now so that I can move my DB750 into the living room later on! I'll post some pics then.
19. Berg IP112 for sale in excellent condition. 500w powered cab (1000w when paired with another 8ohm cab.) Superb but I have a Aggie DB750 too and can't keep both. £850.00ono Milton Keynes.
