1. Trimming the herd so have decided to sell this. The tones and power from this thing is truly awesome!! I purchased it from a friend of mine who purchased it from new and was only using it as a back up to his Mesa Boogie. Blurb: Features/Specifications: Bass head, 1.000 W, 19"/2U Voicing section with controls for Bottom, Contour, Growl and Attack Additional switchable 3-band EQ with parametric mids 2-way Boost switch Adjustable Compressor Parallel FX loop DI out with Pre/Post and ground lift switches, Tuner out, Line out Footswitch connector for Boost and EQ on/off Weight: 19 kg Dimensions (W/H/D): 19" x 2HE x 37 cm (41 cm incl. handles) Now discontinued but these were fetching £1000+ when in production - and I'm only asking for £250 collected so grab a bargain. I will include the 4u case. I have plenty of good comments in the feedback section - search under Freddie75. Based in Swindon. Thanks for looking. Freddie
2. I'm gonna have to disagree here! These cabs are way overated and overpriced!! ......just joking hehe! I have a Big Twin (Gen 3) - best cab I've ever owned.
3. Hi all, Up for sale is my Warwick Xtreme 10.1 bass amp. I am the 2nd owner from new and it was used as a back up prior to me owning it. It's in good condition, quite heavy but the tone out of this thing just kills. These were fetching around £1000 brand new although now discontinued - so I think this is a fair price. I have just purchased a Tecamp Puma 900 so have decided to move this on. Sale only £290. Blurb; The Warwick X-treme 10.1 bass amp head is both beauty and beast, all in one rack unit! The beauty is found in the incredible voicing and EQ section, which gives you the ability to shape your sound in a myriad of ways. The beast is found in the beefy 1000 watts (at 4 ohms) of MOSFET power, which is clean, clear and devastating. There are several other features on this bass amplifier head—like the switchable and adjustable onboard compressor—which pro players will rejoice over and find that they cannot live without. Warwick X Treme 10.1 Bass Guitar Amplifier Features: 1,000 Watts 4 ohms Gain control with LED Clip Indicator Voicing Section with controls for Bottom, Contour, Growl and Attack 3 Band EQ with parametric mids Adjustable Compressor 2-Way Boost Switch Parallel FX Loop DI Out with pre/post and ground lift switches Line Out Tuner Out Based in Swindon - collection preferred but could meet within reason. Will get some pics up over next few days. Cheers Freddie
4. Bought a Sandberg Bass off Graeme, - very nice chap, very easy to deal with and helpful. Deal with confidence! Thanks Graeme!
5. Sold a Warwick CV jazz bass to Alain. Very pleasant chap, very nice to deal with and wouldn't hesitate in dealing with him again. Hope you are enjoying the bass Alain :-)
6. Purchased a Warwick Streamer Stage 1 from Peter. Top chap, very pleasant to deal with, and he went out of his way to meet up so I could collect the bass from him. Very honest in his description of the bass. I would do business with him again without a shadow of a doubt. You can deal with confidence here. Thanks Peter :-)
7. Last chance bump before it goes to shop for trade!
8. I'm willing to take pay in installments to help any potential buyers out - over 3/4 months. Bump!
9.
Hi Freddie do you have the original packaging for this..? Ta D.
I'm afraid not - just the packaging I received it in.
10. Just for anyone interested - and sorry hijack the thread Bill, I have one of these for sale in the Basses for sale section at a steal! Standard not Custom though. Thanks
11. I play it with an octave pedal in my band (Aguilar) - but switch it off for the slap part and the runs. Not sure if his bass is down tuned or he is using a 5, - he is using a 4 string p bass in the video. I can get it to sound pretty fat though.
12. Very good condition, comes with power adapter and manual (no box). Classic 90's bass kit - as used by Stuart Zender on some early Jamiroquai stuff (not this actual pedal). Can get some pics up over next few days. I have come to my senses and have decided to keep this. Based in Swindon Thanks Freddie
13. I've owned and gigged plenty with the genz benz neox 212t, aguilar gs112 x 2 and berg cn212 (all now sold) - and now own a barefaced big twin II. To my ear, and for my tonal goals the bf bt ticks all the boxes and I couldn't be happier. This is definitely a keeper for me and the best cab I've ever played through hands down. Thanks to Alex Claber.
14.
I am, thanks. What dream bass are you after?
Warwick Streamer stage 1 ;-)
15. This amp needs no introduction - one of the best in my opinion. This is the 2nd one I've owned and it's covered medium/large and Outdoor gigs with ease. Comes in mint condition - 8/4/2 ohms version. Purchased a couple of months back from fellow Bass chatter fluffo who had it serviced not long before I aquired it. Need to raise some funds for my dream bass which has come up on the 2nd hand market ' unfortunately this has to make way :-(. £300 - final drop (no trades) Based in Swindon. Many thanks Freddie
16. Purchased this a couple of weeks back brand new from Bass Direct - and then my dream bass comes up 2nd hand for a price simply to good to refuse (Warwick Streamer stage 1). I'm looking to sell this to fund the new purchase or might be up for a trade of some kind. Can't really justify having both - especially as the stage one has active and passive option. German made, it's a real beaut to play and looks sexy in the flesh. It can nail lovely vintage & Jazz tones if that's your bag! The neck is lovely and feels slimmer than both the fender Jazzes I've recently sold (fender deluxe and fender standard). Comes with Warwick gig bag. Specifications: GPS Streamer CV 4 Machineheads: Warwick machineheads Nut: Just-A-Nut III Neck Wood: Maple Fretboard: Rosewood fingerboard(fretted), Tigerstripe Ebony fingeboard (fretless) Inlay: Fluorescent Side Dot: Dots Fluorescent Side Dots Fingerboard Radius: 9,5 " Scale length: 34" (long scale) Fret quantity material and size: 21 Jumbo Nickelsilver frets (width: 2,9mm/ height: 1,3mm) Frets: IFT - Invisible Fretwork Technology Bodywood (Topwood / Backwood): 2pcs Swamp Ash Pickups: Passive MEC J/J Alnico 5 pickups Paid £1250 new (Purchased new in July 2015) looking for £800 sale or trade (trade value £900).
