  14. You can use your pedal board supply as long as it has enough juice. Check the milliamps required to run the Zoom. I've had no problems doing this.

  17. I'd take a look at the Fender Champion series. They're solid state but the 100w one I have does some really nice valve tones as well as patches for Marshall, Mesa etc. Not sure howgood the lower wattage ones sound but I like mine.
  18. I'd recommend using a High Pass Filter. Lower and inaudible frequencies gobble up the amps power and make the drivers in your cab flap about. Using a HPF cuts out those damaging frequencies and allows your amp to only produce the stuff you can actually hear. I've found that using a Micro Thumpinator enables me to get masses of volume out of a little Fender Rumble 100, easily enough for smaller pub gigs without blowing it to bits.

  22. I used to have an 1820 which is 1x18 and 2x10 in a 4ohm cabinet. That thing was monstrous but not compared to 3 2x15s.
