1. Ebay - you can submit a claim for misconduct of sorts. Either way they look into it and see if theirs grounds for dismissal of the auction. Obviously they ask the seller first to give reason as to why the item is overpriced in the first place, meanwhile they suspend the auction I believe. I just think it's a little unfair people get away with this, if you don't know what you have surely you research it first before putting it up. Especially when it comes to instruments, I feel strongly about people trying to get one up on a beginner. Instruments are a vehicle for expression and everyone has a right to express themselves; a right which shouldn't be exploited.
 2. What a great Boxing Day read - I've had to add him on a watch list for a future cheer me up aid. Scary in terms of what he does and yet I feel no sorrow for any bugger who gets sucked in, even this time of year. He has a great selling strategy which obviously works as I now want to buy the experience of being bullshitted just to see what his miracle pro-doingsy-upperage of guitars is all about in that pay-for-pain kind of way. The fact that he looks like a mouse that's gone through surgery adds that air of mystique to the transaction; is he a misinterpreted genius or is he just a man that looks like a mouse with an unfortunate array of undiagnosed personality disorders? Maybe we shall never know, only someone with money to burn that lives in East Sussex area will find out - I only hope that someone on here will buy a 'gem' and write a review to find out...
 3. Gotta share this - you can pick these up for about £175 posted brand new. I have bought this to there attention and if I don't hear anything back I may have to report this one to save some poor kids Christmas money. Hopefully is nobody on BC - if so they shouldn't be. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130822619615?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

 8. Hello people, couple of pedals up for grabs.... Ashdown BassOmeter Tuner Pedal Full working order but no box or instructions. No damage to the pedal at all, works perfectly with both battery and 9v power adapter. Currently 'on-hold' as a friend in need (guitarist not bassist) has shown interest but may not work out for his needs. £35 posted anywhere in UK [s]Boss ODB-3 Bass Overdrive Pedal[/s] *SOLD* [s]Full working order complete with instruction booklet, safety booklet and boss line up product brochure. Couple of dings on paintwork as shown in pics but nothing major. Works perfectly with both battery and 9v power adapter. £35 posted anywhere in UK[/s] [s]Ibanez DM1100 Rack Delay [/s]*SOLD* [s]To be honest - I don't know much about these units and acquired it from a fellow band member. It works but due to it's age (1980's) I can't afford for it to flake out on me when on stage: I have used it and it seems to work fine and has a nice sound to the delays. The delay hold function is great fun especially when you time a bass line perfectly you can end up jamming over the top. I also bought a new pedal switch about a week ago to operate the unit from my board but have since had second thoughts of using it as we play large ticket only venues and need to make sure my gear is 110%. You'd need two switching pedals to operate both hold and effect functions from the floor but you can also use the button switching on the front of the unit if required. Due to it looking well used (several scratches, a slight bow in the top plate and missing half the circuit diagram off the top plate) and having maplin replacement control knobs, I'm willing to let this go for... £50 posted anywhere in UK[/s] All items will be packaged well

 17.
Someone here needs to grab this bargain. Dont sit there thinking "not enough watts". As a big ashdown fan i can say these things sound amazin, especially with the 'deep' button engaged
Cheers buddy, she's certainly powerful enough to cut through at a reasonable jamming volume. The jam I did was at a garden party and I went in with my reservations when I saw a 400W PA system in the garden I thought I should have packed my cab and head, but it did the job surprisingly well. For a very transportable little amp, I don't think you'd do better for the money. If it wasn't for needing to expand my effects board shed be staying. I paid £109 new a couple of years back and she does a great job for such a little amp. Big Bump!
