The load in / out pain is frequently exacerbated by morons who refuse to move even half a metre to allow you through with that heavy cabinet you’re carrying. They know you’re there, they can see what you’re trying to do, they can even hear you politely asking if ’I can just squeeze through please mate?’, but no, stand immovable in your way they will. Some pathetic macho territory thing I expect.
Goes with the territory with pub gigs Real bad case of it during the load out at a Buntingford, Herts pub gig last Friday night.

Farm Factory in Welwyn has a good team and decent facilities for recording.

All the best to you mate and hope you get sorted next year

Thanks for posting that
Although I use use a multimeter at home, this piece of kit would be very useful on gigs.

A pre Christmas price drop to £375. A lot of guitar for not much cash.

That's a tight rhythm unit

That's not good then. If you know what you're doing and can clamp the neck to get it straight, you might then have more of a chance at getting the truss rod nut loosened.
-
If it definitely only twisted once the strings were removed, have you tried putting them back on?

Our guitarist suggested the Slade one for next Saturday, the singer can’t be bothered to learn the lyrics.
Its a pretty tasty bass line by Jim Lea, more difficult than people think, can’t bluff it by just playing root notes, you totally loose the feel.
Have to agree, a very tasty bass line and it only works if the drummer can get the shuffle thing nailed.

Slade and Mariah for us, Fairytale is my least favourite Xmas song to play.
This one has the most interesting bassline though:
That's the one that I always suggest but it falls on deaf ears 🤔

The Slade one is getting an outing from us tonight.

I thought Trevor regularly uses a G&L.

I can vouch for Sir Spence, he's a sound chap to deal with

First off, just have a good look over the terminals on the switch section of the pot.

Looks like a good example Clarky, very nice.

I was carrying out a fret levelling job at the weekend and had Argus playing on the Ipod. Still one of my fave albums and even having listened to it countless times, I had to keep taking a break from the fret filing to enjoy the bass playing and his tone.

Sometimes doing the best thing for you, can really seem like the hardest thing to do. Really relate to what you're going through mate.
Maybe a few months down the line you can go for a more low key local gig.
