    Yep the Jap Jazz specials and the power Jazz specials came with Fender own high mass type bridge which is 4 hole

    I bought this to go on my Fender Jazz special with out realising my bridge is a 4 hole and not the standard Fender 5 hole so it doesn't fit. I haven't even take it out of the pack I am slightly gutted I would like £85 posted anywhere with in the UK. Bridge is currently in the UK.

    I have a red jazz special and a black power special. Will get photos up later but they are both great basses and I love them

    It went for $700 I have the same bass as you and its great. You can get the original book that came with the bass from the Fender website it expalins some of the features of the bass and what each of the controls do. It is a basswood body. The neck has a layer of graphite between the maple and rose wood. My one has the same bridge as yours. Like you I will never sell mine
