No trades thanks - the offer is tempting but im currently saving for a Dingwall Super J. And no, as stated in the original post it does not cone with the hard case. Ive had a fair bit of interest in this bass already so any replies will be dealt with accordingly if the bass is still available, but the way its going it could be sold by tomorrow!

Hello there! I'm selling on my 4 string Fender Jazz bass as i'm making the move to 5 string basses, and i can't afford to have another bass sitting around not getting played! It's the 2008 model, bought in 2009 and played extensively since up until now, so its got a few dints and dings on the body (character!), but it plays like an absolute dream and the neck is very thin. The EMG pickups are their standard J set, installed in 2010 by Howard 'The Bass Doctor' in Newcastle, along with the rear body route housing the battery compartment powering the pickups. I've had P style knobs and a black/white/black pick guard added too (also by Howard) Doesn't come with the hard case, as i sold it separately a little while ago. Looking for £450 Pictures to follow below shortly when i work out why it won't let me upload them!
