Check out SG Percussion. Handmade in the UK. Spence made my Cajon and I love it. Far better made than the mass produced ones I tried in shops. He has lots of options too depending what you have in mind.

Never seen a string tree that far north on a 60s Fender bass either, which makes me think not just a refin with a very wrong decal.
