1. Still here, Might be interested in a spare Bass head .
2. It takes a couple of months for me to take the coating off any strings and that includes Elixirs, playing about 60% pick to fingers. Currently using Dragon Skin DR's instead of my usual Elixirs and Black Beauties. Didn't like Roto Nexus strings for some reason. IMO coatings do work incredible well to keep the zing.
3. Superb Roland drums with added VH11 Hi-hats,Iron cobra Bass pedal and quality Mapex drum stool and 2 pairs of Vic Firths, I have the dongle too to connect to the online Roland website for all the play along apps. All in great condition and working perfectly. I'm in Chorley,Lancs and its pretty much collection only due to the size. Trade wise I'd be interested in 4 string offers especially of the graphite verity. 4.
Back to Le Studio, I recall seeing video of one of Rush walking around the place as it is now, all the while flashbacks to whatever video it was they shot there. Sorry about being vague...
It was NP walking around LeStudio (Its under the video link), They filmed a bit there but the one I remember most was Limelight with The dog at the beginning. The link I saw it on was Rickenbacker FB page.
5. I have a friend who lives in Toronto and his Dad views the winter as a opportunity to do Canadian stuff outside even getting snowed in is seen as a bonus, My friend (His son ) and a lot of the young views it as a PITA.
6. Fascinating Site on the abandoned Studio and the fundraising to get it reborn- http://rebuildlestudio.com I would love to visit it someday its on the bucket list.
7. Hi All Thanks for the Replies! It looks like it is sold now to the first person who enquired. Thanks Si
8. I've got a few inquiries at the moment so I'd prefer to see if it goes as one. I'll drop you both a PM if I split it. Many Thanks
9. It's a 30 pin one for the iPad 2, they do a convertion kit to change it to a lightning connector.
10. Used at one rehearsal, was a backup to my M20d. Comes with Thon case and I have the original box somewhere. It is in brand new condition. The iPad 2 32GB is mine from new and is in good condition, I'll wipe the memory before I sell it so you will have to reinstall the Mackie App. I'm in Chorley, Lancs and prefer collection because of the weight of the flight case but could courier if it was a deal breaker. 11. Great looking Rig, Can't beat a bit of Union Jack to wind the Colonials up
12. Stunning .That's a great price for one . GLWTS
13.
Might be worth you trying out the new toy at Chorley Live with a friendly local band?
No problem Martyn, I'd been meaning to watch your band
14. The field of view on the new Q4N is much much bigger than even the Q4. https://youtu.be/WsMvYTu6-58
15. I've always used the Zoom cams, Just got the Q4N and it's a great step up from my old Q3hd. The sound is so good on them we never multi track record any more, It's also got a good basic editing app too that you get Good results from.
16. Marinus bought my Doug Wilkes bass off me, Grand chap to deal with and payed straight away. Many thanks Si
17. Stunning ! Good luck with your sale.
18. Thanks for all the nice comments, It's sold now and going to the Netherlands.
19. Hand made by Doug with quality hardware, I would say mid/late '80's a few dings and other marks on the bass but nothing serious. I've tried to photo the worst so check them out. The controls are 2 band with a adjustable mid. Not a lightweight bass (10lb) but a really soild bass that could easily hold it own to any Stingray. No case but I'll pack it well if posting. I'm in Chorley Lancs. 20. From the Golden Age of Warwick's, In pretty good condition for its age, Just serviced (Battery box replaced with another Warwick Battery Box,New Elixer strings and waxed) and setup by a nice gentleman on here (Thanks Andy!) so is working perfectly and has a low action. EMG Pickups and the switch is a boost. Comes with new Semi hard Case. I'm in Chorley,Lancs and can post for cost. Not looking for any trades I'm afraid. Thanks Si
21. I'll give this a little bump, I was interested in buying it but something has come up. These are stunning BTW easily better than the Older S2 Status I owned at the same IMO.
22. Turning up and plugging in.
