Hi Mick, Sorry missed your question??? Hmmm, I didn't touch a 5 string for literally donkey's years, but after a fairly sharp learning curve it wasn't as difficult as I thought! Maybe taking up a 5 early is better than trying to shake off habits and adapting! All I can say is I've sold all my 4's and have no intention of picking up a 4 again. p.m'd location Regards Gazz
