I have an SR900. after trying out as many bass' as possible in one day i came to conclusiuon that this was the best bass. Why? The eq means you can get so many different bass sounds with just one bass. Awesome build quality and the thru-neck feels sooo good! well worth the money! what colour were yo thinking of getting? I chose black When i bought mine the Andertons Techs said that Ibanez were pulling the 900 from the range at the end of the year. Dunno if thats just a rumor though.

Hey, kust seen the thread! I bought all this with my job (swimming teacher) I'm 16 almost 17 and been playing bass for three years This is my rig, except the ibanez is missing! (retaking photos tonight)

Am i right in thinking that my head (165 watts at 4 ohms) is losing power because i use an 8 ohm cab? please may someone help me!

I use laney heads and i think it's an awesome head although i could use the preamp on my much more expensive ibanez i let the head do it all and hust boost the treble on my bass! Laneys = Awesome

I consider myself a punk bassist, and i love having 5 (yes 5 knobs!) on my ibanez. mind you i sort of break away form most punk bassists as i don't play a precision. The mark hoppus bass does have only one volume knob and it is an awesome looking bass. The only way to improve it in my opinon would be to have jazz neck with block inlays. Mark Hoppus is the guy that inspired me to play bass! (I am only 16)

I have got one! the neck is sh*te though, i want to use the ibanez s its in better nick however i have got a vintage one. (Bit of a bitsa though!) I'l post a picture When i get home
