I'd forget the Behringer/Digitech...
definately just took your advice and got a precsion "esque" sound which quite nice! i only keep the behringer to boost mids for slapping live and the digitech for the tuner Cheers stewart
2. Hi there, please could you help with my eq settings. I am trying to get that precison rumble sound. I have at my disposal: Ibanez SR900 (Active with onboard EQ) Laney RBH700 Behringer EQ Pedal Digitech BP80 please help! (Pehaps it should say still a newbie on the right!)
3. Cheers man! I'l probable research the DBS and wait until one comes up on here teh ebay. I wanted to stay with marshall and try and build up a good looing rig! i had been look at GK but i preffer the marshall in terms of looks and their reputation. The other reason i was looking at a combo is because i need a cobo for band practises. I have to take a range-rover out every time at the mo cos of the 4x10 and to solvce this i thought i would get a decent combo. I am only going to sell the Laney as it doesn't look as good as the marshall amp with my cab, in terms of sound it's awesome. It's the first head i ever bought so i was just wanted any head! New Wishlist then!: Marshall DBS200 Marshall MB150 (the new one) or Marshall Bass state 150 (the old one) please could someone post comments on the two 150 watt combos!
4. Ibanez All the way! however i do need a jazz neck to replace the really dead bent one in my precision so i'm lookin out for a new jazz neck, hopefully maple fingerboard with "skunk stripe"
5. I have Grahic EQ it's good for using when slapping live and you don't want to fiddle with amp settings. Overall very impressed!
6. Does anyone know how to get rid of the backgounf noise an a digitech multi fx? Mines a BP80 and at low volume it fuzzes the hell out of me! Please help!
7.
I used to have one and while it was a lot of bass for the price, ultimately it sounded thin and lacking any punch. Wasn't that nice to play either, just felt a bit cheap, so I sold it on. Nice and light though.
Which one was it?
8. Thats very interesting. Do you know of a better marshall head? The other one i was lokking at was the old valve-preamp one. DBS-7200 or something like that. Has Anyone had any experiance of that?
9. Does anyone own any ibanez bass? you hardly see people shout out about them but think there perfect who else agrees?
