  1. I'm frustrated because it's a seller I have used for a few years with no issues, and I like what they do. Its a disappointment they aren't being more helpful.
  2. I ordered £100 worth of SIS cables that were couriered by DHL. They never turned up, but I received an email saying they had been delivered to *my surname* (they had not). I checked with my neighbour who coincidentally shares my surname, but he didn't have it. I asked my other neighbours, the same story. I've contacted the seller and they've told to contact DHL. Now I've done some reading and Citizen's Advice says if I didn't agree to my parcel being delivered to alternative location it's the seller's responsibility to make sure it get's delivered, and would be liable for a refund if DHL fails to deliver it. However, the caveat is that if I agreed to the T&Cs, then they are not liable. Here's my question: by buying from the seller, have I agreed to DHL's T&Cs? Which, by the way, are essentially that DHL can do and say whatever they want and you can't do anything about it.
  3. The best filter for bass in my humble opinion (this is my second one, hence the sale). It's one of the older versions with the signature logo, works perfectly. Comes with weird centre positive power supply. Free postage to mainland UK.
  4. A very fun little filter, never got much use out of it though as the Moog has my heart. Includes original box. £5 postage to mainland UK.
  5. Bought here last year. It's in good used condition with velcro on the back. Works as perfectly. £5 postage to mainland UK
  6. A really great, versatile fuzz. Even has a bass boost switch for us. In near new condition and comes with original box. £5 postage to mainland UK.
  7. A great nasty fuzz pedal. No signs of wear, and only used at home. The Fuzz knob seems to have a dead spot, I'd guess 1-2mm just before its up full. I'm looking into it, but if you want it and know how to fix it... Comes with original box. Selling to make buying a house about 0.00000013% easier. £5 postage to mainland UK.
  8. For sure! You'll get the purchase money back if not the taxes/duty.
  9. The Le Bass certainly looks to be more versatile than the Noble, but the one thing the Noble does it does RREEEEAAAAAALLLLLLYYYYYYY well. I've only had mine for a couple of months but already its a must have in my rig.
  10. I'm selling my smallest pedalboard for £80 posted to mainland UK. The board has only been gigged a handful of times, and is free of scratches, marks etc. The board has a few bits of pedalboard tape underneath, but they will come off fairly easily.

  11. Fantastic DI in my opinion. GLWTS
  12. I've used short scales exclusively since 2015 when I got my Callowhill, can't go back now 😂
  13. Just got the weekly Bass Direct newsletter with this gem in it: https://bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/MARUSZCZYK_Jake_4P_Nat_30.html I need to go work for BP 😂
  14. Made a few changes since the last time I posted. I've swapped out the TC flashback for the Solidgoldfx EM-iii delay, which has a high pass filter and a feedback function. I've also swapped the Tru-fi Super Fuzz for the Colordriver. The main addition is the Noble Preamp that arrived on Wednesday. It's a tight squeeze! And it has to go upside down! But it sounds amazing (as expected) and means I can go full in-ears if need be (when the short XLR I ordered shows up).
  15. Duties and fees (through UPS): £245
  16. Mine is on its way, should have it next week. Jack was even considerate enough to check if I really needed the pelican case, which I decided I didn't - I plan for it to be on either of my boards all the time. He seems like a really genuine dude, only in it to make a great product. I'll let you know the import costs!
  17. I've been looking at delays (yes, I know, blasphemy on bass). I have a TC Flashback but I want one that can do momentary feedback, and also has a HPF. Lo and behold, SolidGoldFX make the EM-iii multi-head echo, which does both, plus other stuff. But xmas is coming up and I'm saving for a new house... 😔
  18. That's what I like about them 😅
  19. Yeah same. It'd be a cool novelty.
  20. Anyone seen or played one of these before? They remind me of Japanese basses from the 60s. And pretty reasonably priced for handbuilt instruments. https://www.fidelity-guitars.co.uk/items/stellarosa-lite-bass https://www.fidelity-guitars.co.uk/items/thundermaker-bass
  21. This is just making it worse 😅 odd it has control outs for Decay and Intensity but not the filter cutoff.
  22. Is that the big blue one or the smaller black and red one?
  23. I'm GASing after the FTelettronica Envelope Follower. It's a copy of the Lovetone Meatball. If I can just sell a couple more pedals...
