    Only 4 strings in my collection I’m afraid I don’t want to start collecting 5 strings. One I haven’t the room but the main reason is I think the wife go totally berserk.

    Yes and I’ll have a rather tasty Pewter 614 if I see a good one.

    Personally I would never pay 5K for it or any other Yamaha they’re fantastic basses. But if I was going to spend 5K on a bass it would be something that’s going to hold it’s value something like a MK 1 Wal bass.

    It’s more of space problem I’m up to 14 basses now. And I’m not really playing the 414 and my 1024x so I’m thinking about maybe moving them on.

    Yes I think you’re right weren’t some of the earlier Ibanez basses nicknamed lawsuit basses.

    Hi does anyone know what Warwick bass these tuners would have been on? I recently bought a 1968 fender jazz and these tuners were on the bass. I have now replaced them with original fender ones.

    To be honest I have 4 bb Yamaha’s and I haven’t played the 414 or my 1024 x for ages. I’m actually thinking of moving them on I’m only really playing the bb3000A and my BBPH.
