1.
Incidentally, do you know what make the standard plastic knobs are on the bass. I bought some really similar ones by Sifam but they weren't quite right... all I know is they're 6mm collet type...
Sorry, I have no clue.
2. Vigier Arpege 6 SeNr 005 very lightweight best neck profile of all 6stringers I ever played great tone that works in all kinds of music Due to heavy lacquer damage I had to refinish it. Too I didn't like the odd 12-preset-electronics and now I use it plain passive.

10. EUR 420 GBP -> to be determined on current exchange rate Hohner B2A V 5 strings activ/passiv electronics round neck shape matt finish with gigbag very good shape, hardly used, like new Location: Aachen, Germany shipping costs: depends on destination, I do my best to keep it low
11. Played for years the 400+. Thought it to be the definitive bass amp. Then appeared the Mesa Boogie Bass Strategy 8:88. I sold my 2 400+ and stick to the Strategy solely. If you want tone, go Mesa. If you want to save some bucks and get along with mediocre tone, go something else.
12. Summary: - I really like London, great city, great place for music, will come back - locations attended: 2x Pheasantry/Pizza Express Chelsea, 1x Pizza Express Soho, 2x Boater's Inn Kingston, 1x 606 club, 1x Novello Theatre - great bass players: Stefan Redtenbacher, Laurence Cottle - G.A.S.: avoided - lurked around: Denmark Street - sessions attended: sorrily missed
13. Bargain price Being a Lefay user ever since, I owned 2 Herr Schwarz 5 before getting the very first Herr Schwarz 6 build, which is still my main axe. Think about buying this one and reselling it immediately for 150% price in Germany (just kiddin') Guys, this bass overrules any other 5 I known. Don't hesitate, get it!
14. being a 12min bus ride, I'll give it a go

Had the opportunity to see some fine concerts in Pizza Express Soho and Chelsea, and for sure Boaters Inn /Kingston. next Wednesday 606 club, wunderful Aubrey Logan. Big time! next Sunday, Boaters Inn again, Mike Outram brings Laurence Cottle in
