I reckon so, 4 shared winners and only  1 point less to the other 2 is very tight , but I know my place 😂

It's a hard life lesson for us, eh? 😁

Justice must be, not only done, but seen to be done. A bit late, but here's your Certificates ...

  2. Here is my contribution to the July 2022 Basschat Composition Challenge, inspired by a picture chosen by one of the previous winners: Nail Soup.
Passing on the Message, from generation to generation, as has been done for generations past, and will continue for generations to come.
Simplisism, with the Mother Tuba encouraging the Baby French Horn to have confidence, to follow, then lead, staying synchronised, all the while having great fun..! There's a lesson there for us all to learn, maybe..?
Four Kontakt tracks (two for each, to extend the playing range of the instruments...), hard panned. No treatment, other than my standard Reaper NY Glue on the Master tracks, as usual.
Thanks for listening, if you already have; if you're about to, enjoy.

I am not calling my j vintage, it's only 2002.

'Vintage', despite its etymology, does not mean 'twenty years' (from the French: vingt = twenty...). Its meaning differs in different markets (vintage cars, vintage furniture, vintage wines, vintage guitars...). Giving the actuel date is far more significant information for instruments.

When is the time You can call You Fender - vintage ?

The general rule for Fender guitars and basses would be pre-1970. This is not a legal definition, of course (there is no such definition...). Giving the date of manufacture would be a far more important statement than merely 'vintage'; it may even be wise to not use such a term.
    Hope this helps. :friends:

I'm as old as I am and I'm not trying to hide it from anyone.

The point is that Glastonbury trades on it's history as a counterculture event despite the reality that it's now a bastion of the establishment. It's the Wimbledon of rock festivals.
