1. Epifani UL112 bass cabinets. One cab is a Series 1 and the other is a series 2. Both have been tested and are in full working order. Check reviews of these professional quality bass cabinets. I recently obtained both these cabs, but have mangaged to get hold of a single cab solution that suites my needs better. One sounds great but two sound doubly great. I would prefer to sell both at once. I can travel to meet up to approximately 1 hour, or can post; post per cab would be approximately £20 in UK. First 8 pics represent the series 1 Epifani UL112 bass cab (300 watt at 8ohms) Next 8 pics represent the series 2 Epifani UL112 bass cab (350 watts at 8ohms) The Series 1 cab has some barely visible marks on the grill and other minor age related marks: plastic corners fully in tact. The series 2 cab has some letters that appear to rubbed away on the series 2 Epifani logo and some minor age related marks: plastic corners fully in tact with a few knock marks on them. I have tried my best to capture the condition of both of these Epifani bas cabs and believe the description I have given as being in good condion but with some minor age related marks to be fairly accurate; please study the pictures of these bass cabs. 2. Acme Low B1 8ohm bass cab. In very good condition. I have priced the cab at £170 because I had difficulty finding a rently sold Acme B1 series II bass cab that had sold recently in UK. I did see one that had sold in the US recently on reverb for £196 and had to make an estimate of what I thought the cab was worth. It comes with a roqsolid cover. This is a 3-way bass cabinet with a 10" woofer for the lows, a 5" mid-range driver and a tweeter for the highs. Dimensions are 15.75" x 15.75" x 13.5" and it weighs 31 lbs, hardly a light weight I suppose by today's standards, but it is an extremely rugged bass cab. The cab is in very good condition.. Specifications Model: Acme Low B-1 Series II Frequency response: +/-3 dB 41Hz to 22 kHz -6 dB at 31 Hz Power Handling: 175 Watts RMS continuous 150 Watts sine wave @ 30.87 Hz Sensitivity: 90 dB 1W/1M Impedance: Available in 4 or 8 ohms Dimensions: 15.75"H x 15.75"W x 13.5"D Weight: 31 lbs. / 14.1 Kg
3. Hiya. I have searched on net and can't find any reference to valve drive DI. I can only find the following info on Ashdowns products page/specs. DI OutputLine Level - 1k Effects Send Valve Driven Instrument level Effects Return Valve Recovered I now the specs on the larger CTM amps definately say valve driven DI. I can only find this from an 'Ashdown manual for Valve series'; manual includes Ashdown Little Bastard which I believe CTM30 was or may have been derived from. Manual states: DI OUTPUT - This XLR socket is used to connect the amplifier to a low impedance, balanced input on a PA system or recording mixer. The DI output is taken from a separate winding on the output transformer, allowing the full character of the valve tone to be sent to the PA or recording console.
4. Ashdown CTM30 All Tube Bass Amp/Head Mint/Hardly used. With roqsolid cover. £300 OVNO West Midlands/m6-J10 I am willing to travel up to an hour to meet up.
5. Ashdown CTM30 All Tube Bass Amp/Head In mint condition; only used at home a few times. Comes with roqsolid cover. I am selling because it does not get used. I am Willing to travel approximately an hour to an hour and half away to meet up. Based near J10 of m6 West Midlands. I think I would be rather concerned about posting an all tube amp. What Ashdown say: Rated at 30W, the CTM-30 brings classic all-tube tone in a compact head ideally suited to studio recording and small gigs where you don't have a team of roadies to carry your rig! 4 and 8 ohm speaker outs provide a wide range of cab options. Powerful preamp and EQ Equipped with hi and low inputs for active or passive basses, CTM-30 combines traditional Bass, Mid and Treble EQ with additional flexibility of Mid Shift, Bass Shift and Bright Switching, unlocking a wide range of classic and contemporary all-tube tone from its ECC83 and ECC82 preamp tubes and smooth but powerful 30W EL84 power section. The standard tone controls give you a wide range of uber-musical sounds, while Deep, Mid Shift, and Bright switches let you fine-tune your tone to the situation. The EQ section is a passive tone circuit - meaning if all controls are at zero there will be no sound through the amp. All the controls are highly interactive, giving you the possibility to dial in exactly what tone you want. Don’t be scared to dial the pots all the way to get the most from the controls. Professional Balanced DI With it's modest 30W output, we've included a balanced DI, perfect for studio recording or for larger gigs where you need to get pure DI signal to the desk with a minimum of hassle. Transparent Effects loop For effects junkies who want to bring yet more colour to the tone, the front-mounted effects loop makes it easy integrate your favourite stompbox and multi-effects with minimal tonal degradation. Specification Power Output 30W Frequency Response 30Hz to 16kHz Speaker Outputs 2 x Jack sockets High Instrument Input 450mV Low Instrument Input 150mV DI Output Line Level - 1k Impedance Minimum 4 Ohm EQ Simple passive Bass, Middle, Treble and EQ rotary controls Effects Send Valve Driven Instrument level Effects Return Valve Recovered Pre-amp Tubes 1 x ECC83 1 x ECC82 Output Tubes 4 x EL84

9. Hiya fellow basschatters, I have been considering selling this great little cab which I bought for practice and low volume gigs. I want to reduce the amount of gear I have and rationalize what I have, hence reason for sale. The cab is in excellent condition and comes with a slip on cover. I will provide pics soon. 10. Hiya fellow basschatters, I have decided to sell this lovely cab due to lack of need. I initially bought it off fellrunner because i required a light weight cab with plenty of oomph and this seemed to fit the bill for a one cab solution. Unfortunately, I left the loud band I needed it for and no longer need it, hence reason for sale. I have set the price at £550, because I believe that is a reasonable amount. I hope fellrunner doesn't object to me using a link from the sale thread he created. http://basschat.co.u...anchester-sold/ I am willing to travel and meet for cost of petrol. I will be visiting lovely North Yorkshire from Tuesday 28th till Sunday November 2nd, so may not be able to respond to any messages during my time away. regards, daz

12.
Hughes and Kettner QuantumQT600 bass amp. This is a top of the range Hughes and Kettner bass amp which can deliver 600 watts into 2,4 and 8ohms. The amp is in good condition and in full working order. These were £1100 when introduced. I will accept £450 ono. This what Hughes and Kettner have to say about the Quantum QT600. With its 600-watt Dynavalve® amp, the QT 600 delivers first-rate sound and ample power for every sonic scenario. The amp’s two inputs unleash the tone of any passive or active bass, with the parallel 4-band EQ providing instant tonal bliss. Four switchable filters shape the basic tonal character: Punch emphasizes the low and high ends without altering level. Bass Shape attenuates the bottom end. Mid Boost pumps up the mids for muscular rock tone. And HF Character underscores the shimmering overtones at the top end of the frequency spectrum. The awesome Tube Growl knob adds typical tube-driven compression and saturation, while a variable selector matches output power to suit connected cabinets. The QT 600’s balanced DI Out offers Pre and Post routing options to patch either the instrument’s or the amp’s signal directly to the mixing console. QT 600 – the quintessence of Quantum quality!
