Ha joes long lost son ....a wouldn't even go as far as to call them lessons either,,,just the part slowed down really!!! Not bad as you say tho!!!

He's now set up a YouTube channel with his mate called "Gentlemens bass club" where he gives lessons...I've been watching his videos for a while and didn't expect his voice to be so high ha!!!!

Seems like a pretty straight forward way mate..cheers. I've been concentrating so much on technique I've neglected where ALL the notes are..I say I could only point to about 30% of the notes within a second..which undoubtedly will affect my playing if not improved upon!!

How long did it take you to memorize every single note on the fretboard.... so well that you could put your finger on any random note within a second if asked...and how did you go about memorizing them!! prob been asked before numerous times so apologies in advance!!

Seems to me the people who hate slap are the ones who can't do it....much like the guy who couldn't get the chick so calls her names Because there is no denying it...slap sounds amazing..with the correct tone and the right song!!

Can anybody recommend me a good pair for practicing at night when the missus and kids are in bed?? She's finaly snapped...there I was last night happily slapping away at the verse for Tell me baby when she came running downstairs with a look on her face that sent a shiver down my spine!!! I'm fearful for my gear now!!! Help a brother out!!

I loved the stone roses..love the bass solo on I am the Rez... Loved the Seahorses also...there's 1 thing annoying my just now actually.the bass solo at the end of love is the law isn't tabbed anywhere..well I can't find it anyway.,I can't figure out by ear yet so right pissed off....that is unless someone would be kind enough to listen to the long version and tell me the notes or even better tab it.. Very very long shot I know but worth a stab!!
