In fact it looks like it might be the same one that was for sale used at the Bass Centre a few years ago, which I crossed paths with again when I bought a Shuker 6 string from the guy who had bought the Tobias. Can't be too many of these in this colour doing the rounds. It was a v nice bass. I'd say 350 is a very good price for it. ps the headstock looked like that on the one I played.
