Jazz pickup identification.. poss MIJ?

Hey gang!

 

I'm just doing a bit of tinkering with a MIJ J... I've popped the covers off the pickups, and found these underneath, with round ends and square holes in the top.

 

Anyone know if these are these generic MIJ J pickups?

I don't think I've encountered one like that. I maybe need to pull more pickups apart.

I can confirm that I've seen these rounded pickups with square holes on a lot of old Japanese basses (I always take everything apart).
