Google 1.1mm fine cut file, you'll get similar outfits in the UK; I got 3 hits couple of hours ago. Watchmaker's files, jeweller's saw are another option.

Knife edge carbide needle files yet another.

 

Decide on what sizes you need, 1.1mm/1.2mm/1.7mm etc then do a search.
