Beedster Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Probably a question for Andy @agedhorse but in case anyone else has tried, is it possible to install a Mesa Subway head in a Walkabout combo cab? If so, I think I have a cunning plan 2 Quote

Steve Browning Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I've just searched and it was me asking about fitting my spare 15" Subway speaker into my Walkabout combo. Your new one is a lovely looking bit of kit. They're just amazing amps. Difficult to move about (more bulk than sheer weight) but worth every effort. 1 Quote

The ergonomics of the cabs handles is better than the single (top) handle on the Walkabout. Originally, you could get a sort of trolley, that attached to the back of the combo, but I've not one in the flesh ever. 1 Quote

My lasting memory of my 1516 was our singer's "Dude, your cab broke my car....", that and it going walkabout (geddit) in the back of a courier van only to be located in rural Suffolk 3-months later Quote
