BassBus Posted Monday at 13:15 Posted Monday at 13:15 I am privileged enough to have commissioned a new build with Overwater. My first was a Scott Devine Signature in 2014. This one will be a headless Progress with some custom options. I like a 16.5mm string spacing and Chris has been able to source a Hipshot bridge/tuner system for it as their own bridge/tuner is specifically 18mm spacing. Bridge pickup will be 30mm from the bridge and a flat back to the neck, which I find very comfortable. First pic through is the face wood, quilted mahogany. How good is that going to look with a finish on it? 5 Quote

Joe Nation Posted Tuesday at 07:04 Posted Tuesday at 07:04 I'd hang that piece of wood on my wall! Almost seems a shame to chop it up to make a bass, almost... Quote
snorkie635 Posted Tuesday at 08:20 Posted Tuesday at 08:20 (edited) Yep, love an Overwater. Much preferable to a Wal imho. Enjoy. Edited Tuesday at 09:34 by snorkie635 Quote
BassBus Posted Tuesday at 15:19 Author Posted Tuesday at 15:19 @snorkie635 Build times are certainly quicker. I've never got on well with filter pre amps either and already having experience of their instruments it was the best choice. 1 Quote
