Female double bassists required

I'm sure the BC massive can help fulfil this requirement I've just seen on the socials 

 

"FEMALE DOUBLE BASSISTS:

looking for 7 female double Bassist. Paid gig. 7th August 2025 as part of London Open Call at Whitechapel Gallery.

Rehearsal 5th Aug 
Performance 7th Aug

 

This is a minimalist and durational performance art piece where the double Bassists are required to play 1 note continuously for 40/50min.

Why do they need 7 double bassists?

Ah but will the bassists all be playing the same note or some sort of chord/dischord? That's the enigma really

Do they want carved top or plywood double basses?

 

I hope they want open notes...
