are the pins on these kind of casters universal? i.e will the push straight in to my Aguilar cab? Ive never used the supplied wheels for The 4x10 top part of my stack as I worry it roll off and crash to the floor as they have no brakes. This could be the answer!

No theyre actually on a small flat plate with 4 slots for threaded screws originally obviously you could use wood screws. You would be better contacting Aguilar for the correct ones really. These would be o.k for use with an older cab or for a bogie.Having just looked at my combo flightcase theyre nowhere near as big as those. I believe these are similar to the ones used by Neil and a few other guys on the Trace Elliot Gear Porn Thread.Hope that helps!.
ern, could I attach these onto my ashdown combo? It doesn't appear to have anything on the bottom, but i suppose I could just drill through?
I really wouuld sugest you double check before you take the drill to any combo really. Might be better to put the four wheels on a board and then put the combo on the board.
