But this is new to me, I've not run across them before.  It also seems to take the prize for World's Thinnest Neck At The Nut - 36mm?!

That's so... smooth.

 

Not the kind of thing I'd normally look twice at, but that is rather lovely. 36mm at the nut is a little on the dinky side, but as I have delicate, girlish hands, I could cope.

You hardly ever see these, not sure they made it to the UK in any numbers. Yamaha's go at an SGC Bass Collection / Ibby SR / Tune Bass Maniac style thing from the late 80s/early 90s era.

 

Obviously, I'd want this one.

Photos are not consistant. The early ones look great the close up neck photos show it needs finnishing.

Nice looking beast otherwise.
