Correct. No such thing as "export duty". If you're being asked for it by a buyer, I'd give them the body swerve. Likely to ne a scam. Doesn't bode well for your being paid safely.

It might be hit and miss, I received a parcel in Yorkshire yesterday that left Shropshire the day before so some services seem to be moving OK.
