Cosmetically challenged with numerous marks and small dings to the body, the neck however is lovely and pretty much unmarked. Volume, tone and blend controls with active/passive switch and 3 position google for pickup selection. Wide range of tones available.
Operates off a single pp3 9v battery.
Missing truss rod cover and the back to one of the closed tuners.
Made in Japan/Korea not sure?

MIJ quality, for a low price.
I'd say "GLWTS" - but I don't think this will be around for long...
