They look cool although you still have to put the T-bar somewhere, which is easier said than done in small pubs. Defo better than big old par cans.

We've got a couple of [url="http://www.thomann.de/gb/stairville_led_par_56_alu_schwarz.htm?sid=93ccc3d27516e82f4c1ce091dd684916"]these LED ones[/url] from Thomann. £37 each (+£5 for a floor plate), they sit on the floor and light up the drums and backline with 5 colours each. Look cool.

Just started looking into lighting and these look ideal. We get hot enough anyway without pumping out loads of extra heat through conventional rigs. The question is though, where the hell do you place them? I presume they don't have enough throw to stick them too far away from the stage/performance area.
