Another request from the website, this is the complete (8 page) Neil Stubehaus bass performance of the Wayne Shorter tune 'Palladium'. The band is called 'Karizma' and the tune is from a live recording called 'Document' that came out in 2001 (I had not heard this before the recommendation came in). Vinnie Colaiuta on drums, David Garfield on guitar and Michael Landau on keyboards. It's a tough read as the tempo is very quick and the emphasis is on the off beats so you are going to have to really concentrate.

This is a superb performance from Robert Hurst. The tune is called 'Lament' and it is from the 1987 Branford Marsalis album, 'Renaissance'. I had this on CASSETTE - remember them!! The details are a revelation and spending some time with this transcription will give you material you can draw upon for the rest of your days. Mostly an easy enough read but there are some bars that will challenge the best of us.

Another request, this is the complete Bruno Aguilar performance on the tune 'Dos Navegantes' from the 1994 Edu Lobo album 'Corrupião'. Nice thing and not too difficult.

I am reliably informed that the bass player on the Edu Lobo track is actually Nico Assumpção not Bruno Aguilar. Will amend the website later.

Over fifty years old, this is the complete Geddy Lee bass part to the first tune on the first album, Rush (1974). 'Finding My Way'. I was a massive fan for years (they lost me at 'Power Windows' but I have enjoyed a lot of what they have done since and have a massive soft spot for them)
