Had a quick look at the LaVoce site and the XMax figure for the only 400W 12 speaker appears quite low compared to our Old friend the Beyma SMS 12. Anybody with more technical prowess able to comment? The LaVoce bass guitar driver looks quite good. I find it more useful nowadays to judge excursion based on the coil length rather than xmax because of the complication of gap height. The LaVoce measures 18.5mm, which is pretty good and fairly close to the drivers used in more expensive bass guitar cabs.
