Half a bottle of Virtuoso Cleaner and an almost full bottle of their polish.  Superb for nitro basses. £18 the pair posted

I also have two bottles of Ken Smith polish for gloss lacquer basses.  £12 the pair posted.

What does it do to nitro finishes? Just very paranoid about my pre-CBS Fenders...

I brought a 71 P bass back to a lovely shine with it.  It's very good for nitro basses.

The pics below aren't mine, but give you a good idea of what it can do.

In 71 Fender had long stopped using nitro. So your P in picture has poly.

Technically true, yes, but my bass had a 71 neck, 68 pots and oval tuners, so it was a real "parts bin" hybrid. The finish was definitely nitro.
