The pups have been on my blue jazz for a while so arent mint but work perfectly are now sitting in an emg box with the correct pots etc waiting for a new home! They are really punchy and great sounding and of course have preamps built in so need no earth, so no hum! £50 PRICE DROPPED! I did a job recently and the engineer is a bit of a geek for kit and he recorded my bass and then looked at it and said "I thought that EMGs were brittle etc etc etc. Those sounded really warm and well defined" £50? I'm gonna relist my squier vmj (£150) and johnny Brooke(£50) jazz and even my stunning 86 jazz special (£500ono) with status neck as soon as I get ten minutes ( I'm on basschat on my phone at the mo) So if anyone fancies one get a pm in quick!
