woodywyatt Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 I'm looking at buying the new TC Electronic K210 cab (along with a TC Electronic BH550 head), has anyone tried these cabs yet? Not sure whether to go for the k212 or k210 is there that much difference in bass response? matttimms Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 I recently bought the bh 550 and k 210 and I'm really happy with them so far. Haven't had to go past half volume to cut it with a full band and the tone prints are handy. I wanted the k212 but went for the 210 as it says a little cheaper. I tried the K210 and it sounded ok, but in comparison with the K212 there was no contest, the K212 had more mid range punch, sounded fatter and in my opinion was a little more versatile. If you are just playing slap etc, the 210 maybe better, however for everything else (and slap) personally I would head towards the 212.
