No probs! She (Mrs Wilkes!) is still in the family so to speak - can you believe its over 10 years that the old Yahoo clubs were first set up!

My collection is now reaching critical mass - I've got 57 basses and at least 13 lesser instruments (geetars!) so I'm either going to open a bass shop, buy a bigger house or sell them all and buy a Lamborghini (think thats how to spell it)!

I recently picked up a JayDee Calibas 6 string bass - monstrous. Just need to learn how to play it.
Lovely collection, Dave! Like me (and moreso, Nick!) you must spend a small fortune on strings!!!
Thanks very much, you have some beauties and yeah the string bill can be sizable plus i love the sound of new ones so i change the regularly played ones quite often :)

10 years? Its terrifying how quickly time has passed, Im 40 in September!!!!

57 Basses, thats crazy talk :) you lucky bugger.

Not sure what to do with my lot, not sure wether to go for any more, i sold about 10-12 over the last couple of years to buy some more fenders and slightly older basses and a few guitars to increase the value of the collection. I might go alembic, not sure at the moment nothing really taken my fancy lately.

Re Mrs Wilkes, if you ever fancy a swap type deal let me know mate.
