Letting them walk out with the we will call you line is not the best. They will be going round themselves, you have to know you have the right person before you and be ready with what to do when they walk in. Also work ethic, but I guess the only way you can tell this is if they have put in the effort with learning audition tracks and then a longer spell of playing with them.
