Panamonte Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 So I finally decided the black pickguard on my P bass was a bit drab, so I sent the old pickguard to Martin Sims last Friday to use as a template and here's what I got back yesterday. It was seeing white pearl pickguards on pre-2009 US deluxes and Roscoe Becks which convinced me that pearl/sunburst was a winning combo.
