Thinking of getting a cheap power amp

Sorry dave, i know other options have been done to death but just a little more food for thought!

Whenever i use my schroeder at volume i find messing with the EQ gets rid of some of that compression your talking about, i mean seriously messing.

Id be interested to hear if more watts works out for you though! So for experimnets sake you know, Go for it! :)

ill certainly be messing with the EQ for the next few gigs. Just to see if it makes a big bifference. Normally i keep the Eq pretty flat on my MB heads.

Oh, i went to Tesco's last night.

Check out the big brother, the P7000s if you need more power!

I sold mine ONLY to get my powersoft 1u amp!

The amp has loads of really useful features, especially a variable active cross over on each channel, for tuning out those unhelpful sub frequencies that most cabinets can't produce anyway!
