Jeff Kissell
Hi Everyone, I'm new to Basschat but I've lurked for awhile. I'll be on a low budget DIY tour in England this summer and am in need of a URB/double bass to rent! The music is a mix of gypsy jazz, blues and various folk/songwriter styles. I have a mic and my own bow but I'm not in a position to bring my bass. Ideally I'd like to rent a decent plywood bass with an adjustable bridge and lower tension or gut strings. Any leads would be appreciated. We arrive in London on June 24th and are flying out sometime the first week or two of August. -Jeff Marty O'Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra Talkbass - JeffKissell

bassace
Anything that encourages youngsters into the world of double bass has to be good, so keep up the good work, I say.
